This policy outlines the process for addressing student complaints related to Pacific Design Academy and its operations.
Students who file a complaint or are otherwise involved in the dispute resolution process will not face any form of retaliation from the institution at any time.
Pacific Design Academy provides two approaches to dispute resolution: Informal and Formal. In most cases, disputes can be resolved through the Informal Procedure. However, if the Informal Procedure does not lead to a satisfactory resolution, the Formal Procedure should be pursued. Depending on the nature of the dispute, a student may also choose to initiate the Formal Procedure immediately.
At Pacific Design Academy, we are deeply committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all members of our community. As part of this commitment, we prioritize both the prevention of and appropriate response to sexual misconduct. Our goal is to ensure that every student, staff member, and faculty member feels supported, informed, and empowered to uphold a culture of respect and accountability.
Before enrolling at a certified private training institution, it’s important to understand your rights and responsibilities as a student. You have the right to be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect by the institution, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
At Pacific Design Academy, we believe that a safe and healthy environment is the foundation for professionalism, creativity, and the intellectual and social growth of our community. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond academics—we continuously develop, review, and enhance our health and safety procedures to ensure a secure and inspiring space for students, faculty, and staff.
