AI & Design

This workshop introduces students to how AI is used in creative design in an age-appropriate way. Students explore AI as a tool for ideas and inspiration, not as a replacement for creativity.

Kevin Zak

Instructor

Kevin Zak (MDes) teaches design studies and typography at the University of Alberta and leads exhibition design workshops for the Alberta Museums Association. A former designer at the Royal Tyrrell Museum, he specializes in book and exhibition design. His Master’s thesis explored the value of hand sketching for early design education. He’s also passionate about pop-up books.
