In this workshop, you will understand how AI supports the design process, learn to use AI tools creatively and responsibly, and explore how to combine technology with human ideas to enhance creativity.

Kevin Zak (MDes) teaches design studies and typography at the University of Alberta and leads exhibition design workshops for the Alberta Museums Association. A former designer at the Royal Tyrrell Museum, he specializes in book and exhibition design. His Master’s thesis explored the value of hand sketching for early design education. He’s also passionate about pop-up books.
