Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD)

Evening Design Workshop

AutoCAD is the original CAD software used by millions around the world. It can be used to create precise 2D and 3D drawings and models, as well as electrical diagrams, construction drawings, and more. This evening workshop is intensively focused on usage of AutoCAD tools and commands through practice of class assignments.

Why you should study with us:

AutoCAD is the original CAD software used by millions around the world. It can be used to create precise 2D and 3D drawings and models, as well as electrical diagrams, construction drawings, and more.

This course is intended to help students learn to use AutoCAD software as a drawing tool for drafting building interior design related drawings. Upon successful completion, students will demonstrate the ability to create, edit, and plot 2-dimensional (2D) architecture drawings and 3-dimensional (3D) basic models.

The course is focused on AutoCAD tools and commands. Practice on class assignments will enable students to gain practical experience with the software.

Course Length: 6 weeks: 36 hours

Materials Needed: A USB flash drive to store and transport saved files.

Next Program intake: May 21, 2024
